Kliklok SFR cartoners chosen by Charal, France

To add to the SFR end load cartoner installed last year at Flers, France, prepared foods company CHARAL has just installed another Kliklok SFR machine at their plant in Lisieux.
Both factories produce & pack frozen burgers, and at the more recent Lisieux installation, Kliklok supplied the new SFR150 cartoner with an integrated right angle product transfer system.
The SFR150 is a higher speed, higher specification version of our standard SFR - With an icon-based colour touch screen, the SFR150 offers full machine diagnostics & shift performance data, as well as accuracy in glue control & application.
Boasting an improved, robust & fully welded stainless steel frame, the SFR150’s modular design concept and servo driven infeed enables a variety of integrated automatic product loading options – Open flight transfer, in-line or right-angle transfer (RAT), or ‘Smart belt’ timing & phasing unit - to provide a complete all-in-one cartoning solution. The SFR150 can also be combined with any of our stand-alone product handling equipment.
