Kliklok Sleeves Sponges

In a departure from their traditional food & drink client base, Kliklok has successfully installed a Certiwrap C150 wraparound cartoner for Emirates Steel Wool (E.S.W.) in the United Arab Emirates, sleeving kitchen sponges.
Kliklok attracted the attention of E.S.W at the Interpack exhibition in Germany last year. The two companies kept in contact after the show, and following a reference visit to Kliklok’s plant in Bristol, the order was placed.
E.S.W. chose the C150 for its efficient handling and sleeving capability, with easy size change as a standard feature.
The C150 machine was customised to offer Siemens control panel, plus specifically designed infeed system to accommodate the very light sponge product, sleeving in singles, twins and triple packs.
