Kliklok SFR cartoners pack soft cheese

In a joint collaboration with new Cypriot agent DVC Products, Kliklok was chosen to supply TWO new SFR end load cartoning machines to VIVARTIA, a major Halloumi cheese producer in Limassol.
With one machine about to be installed, and the second due to be delivered in May, this is the first step for automation at the Vivartia plant, providing an efficient, medium speed cartoning solution to accommodate increased demand for their ‘Christis’ brand of cheese.
In a competitive market, the SFR end loader was chosen for its short footprint, patented rotary carton feeder, powered carton hopper, and robust stainless steel construction as standard, with a speed capability of 120 cartons per minute. Key benefits to the customer include low noise emissions, ease of cleaning, minimal maintenance and as the machine is shipped fully assembled there is no re-building on site and moving it within a production area is quick & simple.
Vivartia chose a hand-load infeed version of the SFR, leaving the option open to add a Kliklok automatic loader at a later date.
