Certiwrap sleeves yoghurt pots in Finland

Kliklok has successfully installed a new Certiwrap® C150 wraparound cartoner for Felix Abba, one of Finland’s leading food manufacturers, to sleeve their ‘Jacky’ range of yoghurts in twins, fours, and six-pack format.
The C150 was supplied with a side chain infeed system as standard, with twin product forwarding chains to handle the ERCA style pots. In addition to the strict wash-down compliance specification for Felix Abba’s dairy plant, the machine was also fitted with special ‘kicker’ to push in an ‘L’ shaped cut-out in the sleeve to retain the pots within the wrap.
The C150 includes, quick size change, patented rotary carton feeder, large capacity powered hopper, plus advanced colour touch-screen for user-friendly operator control, diagnostic capability & shift data analysis.
