Kliklok has installed over 70 CERTIWRAP wraparound cartoners throughout the world to sleeve a variety of products with MANY different carton styles!
- Watch-strap style - ideal for pizzas
- Shaped style – ideal for ice cream or snack pots
- Stand-up style – ideal for shelf ready display packs
- Gusseted sleeve – ideal for Tetabrick® bottles or beverages
- ‘V’ keel style – ideal for yoghurts or dessert pots
- Full sleeve – ideal for ready meals
Since its launch, the CERTIWRAP range has introduced a variety of new infeed systems to accommodate the growing variation in convenience food types and pack formats. We now offer a choice of:
· Side chain infeed for regular shaped products
· Scroll infeed for round tubs or pots
· ‘Smartbelt’ infeed for frozen ready meals or pizzas
· Stacking infeed for multiple layers of product.
