Kliklok supplies two CELOX lines to global bakery company

Kliklok are pleased to have built one section of a complete turnkey solution - including full Product Handling - soon to be installed at a global bakery company.
This major client chose Kliklok after a complete evaluation of competitive machinery available. (Since CELOX's launch 12 months ago Kliklok has booked orders for at least one machine per month to major "Blue Chip" Companies Worldwide)
The system will be fed by multiple VFFS machines and product distributed to 2 complete CELOX "Bag in Box" end load cartoning lines [Right and Left hand]
These state-of-the-art packaging lines incorporate:
- Full product handling and conditioning from Multiple VFFS machines, including uncut bag or unsealed bag reject
- Low level - Ergonomic -extended powered carton magazines. Large capacity -low level feed
- Servo programmable - Kliklok Rotary carton feeder. Able to run all packaging material grades at high speed and efficiency - up to 325 cartons per minute
- 3 dimensional servo size change with minimal change parts. Size change in less than 5 minutes
- Laser coder incorporation
- Remote electrical panels for enhanced Line layout
- High-level HMI -iconic platform - with easy size change features and preventative maintenance and data acquisition. Full modem connectivity
- "Slam shut " and unglued flap detect and reject system incorporated in machine footprint
