CCI The CCI (Compact Cartoner Intermittent) is Kliklok International’s innovative approach to an economical automated endload cartoning system. CCI is compact in design and uses mechanical intermittent motion with automated product insertion and infeed timing within a small footprint-maximizing production space and reducing manpower. The CCI can run at speeds up to 40 cpm (12” pitch) and 50 cpm (6” pitch). Standard features include: predominantly stainless steel construction, powered hopper, mechanical indexing system, powered outfeed belts, "slam shut" folding and compression, large size range, and the ability to run fluted materials. Prima The Prima is Kliklok International’s high-performance, short-flight endload cartoner. It is designed to accommodate small cartons and seal by hot-melt gluing. Kliklok’s patented rotary carton feeder and space-saving flight chain system, combined with a barrel-cam (piston) product inserter, create a user-friendly machine with fast size change. The Prima can run at speeds from 40 to 200 cpm, depending upon pitch, product characteristics and carton size and style.
