The G3 continues the Woodman tradition of flexible packaging expertise and legendary reliability by building on the successes of its predecessors, including the snack food workhorse, the Gemini II. Leveraging more than 60 years experience packaging some of the world's most difficult products, the G3 brings a new level of operator ease of use, speeds, and package size flexibility to applications including candy, nuts, crackers and cookies, potato chips and all other salted snacks.
Investment Savings Through Innovation
The G3's welded tubular steel frame has been designed with a center-balanced profile that allows weighers and volumetric fillers to be direct-mounted to the machine, reducing the need for a support structure or mezzanine and providing greater installation flexibility. The electrical cabinet has been tucked inside the frame to allow total access to the interior of the machine for ease of maintenance.
The G3 offers a wide variety of bag style options, including block bottom bags, perforated bag string, promotional strip, notching and hole punching. For ease of operation, the G3 features Kliklok-Woodman?s exclusive InsightŪ icon-based, multilingual, color touch screen interface.
