Vari-Straight
KW's new Vari-Straight is a lugged straight-line closer for tri-seal topload cartons. The revolutionary variable pitch technology that makes the Vari-Right so popular has been taken to a higher level: "pop-up" turning bars guide cartons through a 90° turn and into the charlotte closing section. Vari-Right
This topload carton closer features the unique combination of the positive carton control of a lugged closer and the flexibility of a lugless, variable-pitch, random infeed closer. In this video, you'll also see the unique method in which the Vari-Right seals the third flap and sends closed cartons off at a 90 degree angle to the infeed direction. SFR
The Small Footprint Rotary endload cartoner is prized for its compact design and patented carton feeder. Its modular design allows it to be fitted with a variety of infeed and inserter options. RTS
Kliklok's Rotary Transfer System (RTS) is designed for high-speed, right-angle product transfers and ninety-degree reorientation of products from a processing line or primary packaging machine to our endload cartoning systems. In this video, an RTS is transferring and re-orientating frozen ready-meal trays at high speed (up to 250 products per minute) into the infeed of a Kliklok endload cartoner.
